Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Goods can be Exchanged or Returned within 15 days from the date of Purchase.
2. For any Exchange or Return, the product should be in its original condition with its price tags intact.
3. This does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents or wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damage.

In case of Exchange

1. Pick any other IdlyGo product of the same monetary value.
2. 100% Money Back.

Returns

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 2 working days from the date of receiving it. You can either call our Customer Support at +91 62908 37127 between 10 am and 7 pm, Monday to Saturday or email us at support@idlygo.com

After validating your return request, we will send you an email authorising a return along with Form 50A. Simply print it out, fill it in, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive your Return within 15 days of our sending the authorisation email.

Returns may be made in the following way:

Courier the product(s) to IdlyGo at 157/C Lenin Sarani, Deluxe Centre, 4th Floor, Kolkata 700013. Form 50A is required for the goods to enter the borders of West Bengal. We shall email it to you along with the email validating your cancellation request. Please print it out and hand it over along with the product to your courier. In case it is not emailed to you, please write to us at support@idlygo.com since our logistics partners will need Form 50A to pick up the item.
